We collect the information you choose to submit through our forms: contact messages, Scripture requests, volunteer applications, partnership enquiries, prayer requests, feedback, event registrations, newsletter subscriptions and giving records. This may include your name, email address, phone number, location, organisation and the content of your message.

Why we collect it

• To process Scripture requests, volunteer applications and event registrations.
• To pray for requests submitted to us, according to the privacy option you select.
• To acknowledge gifts and issue receipts.
• To send ministry updates where you have subscribed.

How it is stored

Submissions are stored in a secured database with row-level access controls. Only authorised ministry personnel can view them, and access is limited according to role. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.

Prayer requests

Prayer requests are handled according to the privacy option chosen at submission: kept within our internal team, shared with our wider prayer team, or shared publicly without personal details.

Newsletter and consent

You are added to our mailing list only when you subscribe. Every subscription can be cancelled, and we will stop sending updates on request.

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website. Material involving children is published only with guardian consent, as set out in our safeguarding commitments.
